Respire contains high strength echinacea root, thyme and liquorice root to support immune function and airways and now with the added benefit of Jiaogulan a traditional herbal medicine to support respiration and allow for easier breathing.

We recommend 20-40 grams as maintenance and 60 grams if unwell. To offer further support if required, combine with KER Omega 3 to help reduce airway inflammation.
